The food and service were bad. The server’s face looked irritated at all times and the food was warm and did not feel freshly cooked. The braised pork W. Chestnut was too sweet and the dry pot pork intestines were not served in a dry pot, and the servers knew that but still did not change the menu. Finally, their spicy sour cabbage fish fillet soup was not hot at all, but warm in temperature.

Food was delicious, everything we tried was good. Our food came out very fast. Ambience is decent, may be a little cramped. It also has outdoor seating for people watching or nice dinner outside in summer. They have some parking in the back of the building, which is nice as it would be very hard to find parking in this area.

Please do NOT visit this store whatsoever. The food is definitely not authentic nor is it freshly cooked. They are all premade packaged food and nothing looks like what they are on the menu, as the waiter even said so himself. One of the lamb dishes we got was 97% onion and 3% lamb. We asked them to switch for a different dish, which was the braised pork with chestnut. EXCEPT THERE WAS NO CHESTNUT WHATSOEVER. The spicy and sour soup was extremely gamey for some reason. It is a waste of money and tastes even worse than meals we can make at home. STAY AWAY.

Food: 5 out of 5 Service: 5 out of 5 Atmosphere: 4.5 out of 5 Price/Value: 3.5 out of 5 Overall: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.5 out of 5 Recommendations: Scrambled Eggs with Shrimp, Chengdu Steamed Pork Belly, Braised Pork with Chestnut, White Rice SC House always heals my soul and I’m so grateful of its presence. All the dishes are very authentic and delicious, and my favorite has to be the scrambled eggs with shrimp! It’s a perfect place to come with friends to celebrate or just to catch up. The staffs are very friendly and efficient, and the environment is very nice and clean. The only downside is the price! Everything on the menu is quite expensive, so SC House can only be a treat, not an everyday kind of thing. But, it will always have a special place in my heart and I will be taking many visits in the future for sure.

I love this place! While looking for a good lunch spot in Princeton, this spot came into our radar. I loved everything spicy they had and their scallion pancakes and crispy spicy chicken were AMAZING!!!! I loved all of the food we ordered. While the service was definitely not great by any means, I would totally come back for the food.
